Made to order
Every Ichinichi product is printed and made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting: each piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This is what lets us offer such a wide range of designs and products, and it means there are two parts to the time it takes to reach you, the handling time while your item is made, and the shipping time while it travels to you.
Handling time
Orders are processed and made within up to 3 business days of being placed. During busy periods or for certain product types this can occasionally run slightly longer, and if we ever expect a real delay we will let you know.
Estimated shipping times
Once your order has been made and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 2 to 7 business days. Canada: 5 to 10 business days. United Kingdom and Australia: 10 to 30 business days.
These are estimates for the shipping leg only and do not include the handling time above. To estimate when an order will arrive, add the handling time and the shipping time together. Delivery times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs, local postal services, weather and other factors outside our control.
Where we ship
We ship internationally. If your country is not listed above, an estimated time will be shown at checkout where available. If you have a question about delivery to your location before ordering, contact us and we will help.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can also add to delivery times, particularly for the United Kingdom and Australia.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address on your order once your item ships. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the item ships, though once an order is in production or dispatched we may not be able to change it.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimates above, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at office@ichinichi.store with your order number and, for damage, a photograph. We will work with our fulfillment partners to put it right.
